Our 10-12-week Summer Internship Program is the first step toward & pipeline for our full-time Global MBA Program, and the best way to get to know who we are and what we stand for. Our GMBA interns complete a real-world strategic project with the opportunity to present to senior leaders at summer’s close. Functional internship roles offered:

Interns in ZX Ventures group participate in the ZXlerator program, an 11-week start-up accelerator based in NYC. ZXlerator participants are trained and supported by internal and external entrepreneurship experts as they build, test and validate new business models – in other words, as they start a business. Students will work with current employees from across our business and will be immersed in lean startup and design thinking approaches.

AB InBev MBA Summer Internship Requirements:

·        First year MBA candidate from a top-tier business school.

·        Authorization to work permanently in the country of internship and full-time placement.

·        Previous work experience (typically 4+ years on average) in any relevant business function or demonstrated ability to move into a new function with ease.

·        Demonstrated leadership in previous work experience and extracurricular activities.

·        Global mindset (international experience or cross-cultural exposure).

·        Consistently curious, have an open mind, are inquisitive, want to know “why,” and have diverse interests.

·        Not afraid of change and taking risks.

·        Comfortable with collaboration and operating in a team-based environment, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions.

·        Consistently questions the status quo, seeks opportunities to improve processes.
