Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Ensuring data quality standards and conducting follow-ups as necessary
- Developing and executing analytics initiatives, such as creating dashboards, automatizing processes or applying advanced analytics techniques to support global rewards processes
- Delivering key metrics and insights to global stakeholders
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to uncover insights and patterns for our stakeholders, to support strategic initiatives
- Continuous Improvement and Support to Analytics Initiatives
Requisitos e qualificações
- A Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in roles with similar analytics and stakeholder management responsibilities
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI and SQL
