Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Ensuring data quality standards and conducting follow-ups as necessary
  • Developing and executing analytics initiatives, such as creating dashboards, automatizing processes or applying advanced analytics techniques to support global rewards processes
  • Delivering key metrics and insights to global stakeholders
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to uncover insights and patterns for our stakeholders, to support strategic initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement and Support to Analytics Initiatives


Requisitos e qualificações

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles with similar analytics and stakeholder management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI and SQL
