Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Execute annual People Merit Process with Global scope, working in partnership with Rewards teams from all over the world were ABI is located.
  • Being the main point of contact in terms of relevant communication, visibility, and support regarding Merit Process (define eligibility rules, provide and control approvals, data quality and analytics, etc).
  • Provide data visibility, reporting and insights based on the process cycle experience.
  • Execute reporting and analysis on big amounts of data and variables related with Salaries and Compensation. Provide useful insights, detecting trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate and collaborate in Market Reference Salary definition process with Global Scope (+60 locations aroundt the world).

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar).
  • At least 1 year experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced English (Mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel (Mandatory).
  • Proved data analytics skills. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Competencies: Curious, ambitious and resilient. Analytics-driven decision making. People-centric mindset. Ownership.
