Responsabilidades e atribuições
Execution of Global Talent Management policies. Running People Performance & Development Process, which includes Competencies Appraisal, Performance Process, Development Plans, etc. Collaborate with Zones in execution of processes. Work on KPIs such as turnover, movements adherence, etc. Manage Career Tracks of Key People.
Requisitos e qualificações
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Communication. Experience in HR: Talent Analyst or similar positions (2 Years). Good Skills in Excel.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English.
Important Skills: Interpersonal Relationships & Team Work
