Summer Internship Program MBA

Our 10-12-week Summer Internship Program is the first step toward & pipeline for our full-time Global MBA Program, and the best way to get to know who we are and what we stand for. Our GMBA interns complete a real-world strategic project with the opportunity to present to senior leaders at summer’s close. Some examples of the areas the functional internship roles are offered:

Full Time MBA

The Global MBA Program is a 1-year high potential leadership program for MBAs from schools across the world. A few of the program highlights are:

·        Global Induction with CEO, chiefs, and senior leaders.

·        Deep dive immersions into unique markets in different parts of our global business.

·        Global Capstone Trek focused on our Sustainability initiatives.

·        Robust learning opportunities including Innovation training, Marketing Academy & Negotiation training.

Full Time & Summer Internship MBA

·        First year MBA candidate from a top-tier business school.

·        Authorization to work permanently in the country of internship and full-time placement.

·        Previous work experience (typically 4+ years on average) in any relevant business function or demonstrated ability to move into a new function with ease.

·        Demonstrated leadership in previous work experience and extracurricular activities.

·        Global mindset (international experience or cross-cultural exposure).

·        Consistently curious, have an open mind, are inquisitive, want to know “why,” and have diverse interests.

·        Not afraid of change and taking risks.

·        Comfortable with collaboration and operating in a team-based environment, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions.
